Microsoft Clarity

Add Microsoft Clarity to your funnels for session recordings and heatmaps. See exactly how visitors interact with your funnel pages — where they click, how far they scroll, and where they drop off.

What It Does

• Session recordings: Replay individual visitor sessions to see their exact behavior through your funnel.
• Heatmaps: Visualize aggregate click and scroll patterns across all visitors on each page.

Clarity is a client-side only integration. It loads Microsoft’s tracking script in the visitor’s browser. There are no server-side events or event mapping to configure.

Setup

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Clarity in your project.

1. Project ID: Your Clarity project ID. Find this in your Clarity dashboard  under Settings > Setup > Install tracking code. The project ID is the alphanumeric string in the tracking snippet (e.g., abc123xyz).

That is all. Once saved, Clarity’s script is automatically loaded on every funnel page.
