A cohort you acquired last week has not finished paying you yet, so judging it on realized revenue alone under-counts it. The prediction explorer projects where each cohort is headed, using industry retention benchmarks to model the revenue and lifetime value still to come.

Use cases

  • Judge fresh cohorts fairly - see projected LTV for a cohort that is only days old, not just what it has paid so far
  • Set a CAC ceiling - know roughly what a cohort will be worth before deciding what you can pay to acquire the next one
  • Read the confidence - shading widens where the model is less certain, so you never mistake a projection for a fact
