changelog/revenue-frozen-in-usdshipped feb 10, 2026
Every payment now stores two things: the exact amount in its native currency, and its USD value locked to that day's exchange rate. Once recorded, the USD figure never moves. A revenue number you saw last month reads the same today.
What changed
Previously, converting foreign revenue to USD at read time meant today's rate quietly rewrote yesterday's totals. Now the conversion is frozen at the moment of the transaction, the same way the payment itself is. Reports become stable and reconcilable, native amounts stay intact for accounting, and your month-over-month numbers stop shifting under you.
